ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Soon after your order is completed and shipped out, a confirmation email attached a tracking link will be sent to you for easily checking and following the parcel on your phone or computer. Please notice to check your tracking number frequently to avoid any problems.
If you attempt to track your package and still no information available that just means the carrier has not processed the package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
- We will not issue any refund in case the order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
- In case your shipping address is incomplete and the parcel is kept at the post office, please contact your local post office to complete the address and require them to deliver your parcel.
- Within 12 hours after placing an order, you should contact us as soon as possible to correct/complete your shipping address. Noticeably, after 12 hours, all information of the order cannot be changed, so you should check the tracking number to deal with your local post office.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS
- In case you want to exchange into other sizes/designs, we would like to give you a discount coupon to place a new order for the product you want. The reason why we do not accept a return is that the postage you will be responsible for is very expensive.
- We will refund you in case you want to cancel your order within 1 hour after your purchase is completed. We can’t cancel your order and refund after that since your order is on manufacturing process.
- In case our products have printing mistake, we will do replacement for you free and cover the postage. We will not refund in case you just claim that the quality is not good as you hope because we believe that we are supplying high-quality products in the market as well as customer’s expectation are different for us to meet all.
- If refund are approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5 business days.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS and CANCELLATION
– Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are able to cancel your order within 1 hour since you placed the order. After that, we can’t cancel your order because it is fulfilled on our system.
– Modifying the order: If you realize that you need to change information of your order, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours to modify your order. After that time, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order.
DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN/ LOST ITEM
If you received a defective/damaged/ incorrect item or your package is missed/ stolen, please email us at email@example.com along with your order number, then we will work with you to re-send your order.
- All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.
- If the customs fee is charged on your package, you will be notified to do the clearance for your package. If you don’t pay for that fee, your package will be hold at the customs office or destroyed and we are unable to do anything in this situation as well as no refund.
